Promotion Terms «Residence legalisation at promotional prices until 31 December 2026»

§1. Organiser

1. The Promotion is organised by EXPAT sp. z o.o., ul. Płocka 5A lok. 6, 01-231 Warszawa, KRS 0001138875, NIP 5273139923, REGON 540214852 (the «Organiser»).

2. The Organiser is the party to the contract for the Service and issues the sales documents.

§2. Definitions

1. Service: full handling of a residence legalisation case within the scope set out in §4.

2. Contract: a contract for the Service concluded with the Organiser in written, electronic or documentary form, including by confirmation of the order by e-mail or messenger.

3. Client: a person who concludes a Contract with the Organiser.

4. Main Applicant: the foreign national whose case the Contract concerns, other than a Family Member.

5. Family Member: the spouse or child of the Main Applicant whose cases the Organiser handles together with the Main Applicant’s case.

6. Promotion Period: the period stated in §3(1).

§3. Promotion Period and eligibility

1. The Promotion runs from the day these Terms enter into force until 31 December 2026 inclusive.

2. The Promotion covers Contracts concluded in the Promotion Period. Whether the prices in these Terms apply depends on the date the Contract is concluded. If the Contract was not concluded earlier in written or electronic form, it is deemed concluded on the day of the first payment to the Organiser under the Contract.

3. Contracts concluded before the start of the Promotion are governed by the prices in force on the day they were concluded.

4. The Promotion is for external clients. It does not apply to participants of the Support Programme run by «Łatwy Start» sp. z o.o. (incubator residents).

§4. Scope of the Service

1. Depending on the type of case, the Service includes:

a) an initial consultation and case analysis,

b) review of the documents held,

c) answers to the Client’s questions in the CRM before filing,

d) completing the application forms and preparing the document set,

e) help with filing the application through the Moduł Obsługi Spraw (MOS), and, where the law requires a paper application, help with filing it on paper,

f) accompanying the Client when filing in person and when collecting the residence card (Warsaw and Gdańsk),

g) preparing an appeal if the decision is negative,

h) ongoing contact with a case manager by messenger throughout the case,

i) delivering documents to the voivodeship office (Warsaw),

j) representing the Client under a power of attorney (Warsaw),

k) help with refiling the application if the card is issued for less than 6 months,

l) help with setting up a Profil Zaufany, including where and how to confirm it, or with regaining access to it, and help with filing the ZAS-W, US-7 and PIT-37 forms through it.

2. The price does not include stamp duty, sworn translations, the fee for issuing the residence card or required insurance.

§5. Promotional Prices

1. In the Promotion Period the price of the Service for the Main Applicant is:

a) temporary residence permit on any basis, including running a business, and EU Blue Card: PLN 1,500.00,

b) permanent residence permit, EU long-term resident permit and Polish citizenship cases: PLN 1,800.00.

2. The lowest price of the Service in the 30 days before the reduction was:

a) for cases under (1)(a): PLN 2,500.00, and for a temporary residence permit to run a business: PLN 2,900.00,

b) for cases under (1)(b): PLN 2,500.00.

§6. Family Member prices in the Promotion Period

1. The price for the Main Applicant’s spouse equals the price for the Main Applicant in the same case category (§5(1)).

2. The price for the Main Applicant’s child is 50% of the price for the Main Applicant in the same case category, i.e. PLN 750.00 for cases under §5(1)(a) or PLN 900.00 for cases under §5(1)(b).

3. If the Contract concerns only a child, without the Main Applicant, the price is set individually and given to the Client in writing or electronically before the Contract is concluded.

§7. Other services

1. In the Promotion Period the price of each of the following services is PLN 350.00:

a) issue of a subsequent residence card or replacement of the residence card for a foreign national holding a permanent residence permit,

b) amendment of a temporary residence permit already granted, including amendment of a temporary residence and work permit when starting work for another employer,

c) issue of a residence card to a Ukrainian citizen (the so-called CUKR card) in the cases set out in Articles 42c and 42d of the Act of 12 March 2022 on assistance to citizens of Ukraine,

d) extension of the validity of the Pole’s Card, issue of a Pole’s Card showing the holder’s changed data, or issue of a duplicate Pole’s Card.

2. The service under (1)(c) includes a consultation and help with filing the application for the residence card through MOS. The service under (1)(d) includes case analysis, completing the application and booking an appointment to file it in Biała Podlaska.

3. The Organiser gives the Client the scope of the services under (1)(a) and (b) before the Contract is concluded.

§8. Prices and payment

1. The prices in these Terms are gross prices, i.e. the amounts the Client pays for the service. They include VAT where VAT is due.

2. The prices in these Terms cover the entire fee under a Contract concluded in the Promotion Period, including payments due after 31 December 2026.

§9. Combining with other discounts

1. The prices in these Terms cannot be combined with other discounts, discount codes or individual pricing for the Service, including group filing terms. If the Client qualifies for more than one reduction, the one more favourable to the Client applies.

2. The Promotion covers only the Service and the services in §7. It does not change prices or discounts for any other services.

§10. Extension, change and end of the Promotion

1. The Organiser may extend the Promotion Period by announcing it on latwy-start.pl before 31 December 2026.

2. The Organiser may end the Promotion before 31 December 2026 only for an important reason, in particular a change in the law or inability to accept new cases, with at least 7 days’ notice on latwy-start.pl.

3. An extension, change or end of the Promotion does not affect Contracts concluded earlier. The prices in these Terms continue to apply to them until they are fully performed.

4. After the Promotion ends, prices for the Service are those in the price list published on latwy-start.pl.

§11. Final provisions

1. These Terms are available on latwy-start.pl in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and reproduced. The Organiser provides the Terms to the Client before the Contract is concluded.

2. The Promotion does not exclude or limit any statutory consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or off-premises.

3. Complaints about the Promotion may be sent in writing to the Organiser’s registered address or to the e-mail address given in the Contract. The Organiser replies within 14 days of receipt.

4. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

5. These Terms are drawn up in Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and English. In case of discrepancies the Polish version prevails.

6. These Terms enter into force on the day they are published on latwy-start.pl.

7. The amendment to §4(1)(f), made after these Terms were first published on 1 October 2026, applies from the day the amended Terms are published on latwy-start.pl and does not affect Contracts concluded before that day.
