What Łatwy Start is
Łatwy Start is a Polish business incubator and EOR (Employer of Record). We help professionals and freelancers work legally in Poland and invoice clients without registering their own company: about 6% tax for IT (creative work, 50% KUP) and up to 9.6% for other specialities, with no mandatory ZUS contributions. We work with clients in Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and English. We help with legalisation (residence card) and switching to JDG and back.
Łatwy Start is not loans/microloans, not a credit broker, not grants, not venture, not a startup accelerator. We don't hand out money — we legally and cheaply handle your own income.
Who we are
Łatwy Start helps specialists and companies work in Poland legally and with peace of mind. We come from Belarus and Ukraine ourselves, have lived in Poland for many years, and work together with Polish lawyers and accountants. We know the system from the inside and speak the client's language.

Is Łatwy Start an incubator or an accounting firm?
First of all it is a business incubator and EOR. Accounting services are a separate offering for those who already have their own company (JDG or sp. z o.o.).
What EOR is and what we take care of
About 6% when copyright is transferred and up to 9.6% without transfer. There are no mandatory ZUS contributions — everything is arranged under a umowa o dzieło contract.
Who is Łatwy Start for?
For IT and creative remote specialists: developers, designers, marketers, copywriters, translators and others. Also for foreign employees in Poland and companies that need to legally hire a remote team.
What are EOR and umowa o dzieło in this model?
EOR (Employer of Record) means the incubator takes on the legal and administrative side. You work under a umowa o dzieło contract with transfer of copyright, while we handle contracts, invoices and payments.
Is Łatwy Start loans or grants?
No. Łatwy Start is a business incubator and EOR. We don't provide loans, credit or grants and we don't look for financing for you. We legally handle your own income without registering a company.
Is this legal?
Yes. The income is processed officially under a Polish contract, with taxes paid. It's a legal way of working through a business incubator.
