What it is
Łatwy Start is a Polish business incubator and EOR (Employer of Record). We help remote specialists, freelancers and foreign employees work and earn income in Poland legally, without opening their own company.
How it works: the umowa o dzieło model
You work through the incubator under a umowa o dzieło contract. With transfer of copyright the tax is about 6%, without transfer up to 9.6%. There are no mandatory ZUS contributions. It is a legal alternative to your own sole proprietorship (JDG) or company (sp. z o.o.), where you pay ZUS and the health contribution yourself and keep your own accounting.

What EOR is and what we take care of
EOR (Employer of Record) means the incubator takes on the legal and administrative side. We sign the contract with your client, prepare the agreements, issue invoices, make payments to your account, help with work permits and the residence card (karta pobytu), and handle compliance.
