Most Łatwy Start residents obtain the Blue Card on the first attempt for a period of 3 years. It can be issued based on official employment, including through the incubator — the most convenient way to prepare all required documents. After receiving the Blue Card, you can open a sole proprietorship (JDG) and run additional activities in parallel.

Almost all Łatwy Start residents receive their work-based residence cards on the first attempt for a period of 1–3 years. When applying through your own company or JDG, the risk of refusal is significantly higher, which is why the incubator provides a more stable basis for the application.

When working through Łatwy Start, you are protected from the risk of contract reclassification thanks to our legal B2B Compliance and well-designed cooperation structure. If you previously worked under an Umowa o pracę / zlecenie or through a JDG, you can easily switch to the incubator and continue your official activity.

With a Blue Card, you can open a sole proprietorship (JDG) and run additional activities in parallel with your work through the incubator. This is completely safe: the incubator remains your primary employer for the Blue Card, while the JDG is used for separate projects, provided that the activities differ and the JDG has multiple clients.

FlexiProfit - is a convenient tariff for those who want to avoid subscription fees and pay only for actual withdrawals. It is available to everyone, regardless of whether you are a resident of our business incubator or not.

Disadvantages of the FlexiProfit Tariff

Work permit may be required for foreign nationals. This may extend payment processing times if obtaining an Oświadczenie / Zezwolenie or other additional documents is necessary.

How the FlexiProfit Tariff Works

You provide us with the information needed to issue an invoice to your client.

We sign a one-time contract for specific work (Umowa o dzieło) and issue an invoice on behalf of our legal entity.

After receiving payment from your client, we deduct the commission according to the tariff and transfer the remaining amount to your account.
