Residence permit in Poland for freelancers and programmers
The only requirement you have to fulfill to get a Kartę Czasowego Pobytu (residence permit) for remote work in Poland:
Your earnings should be at least 4666 PLN (~1100$) per month. Ideally, more. Especially if you plan to live with a family. For programmers, the min. pay increased to PLN 5,500.

The price does not include: payment of stamp duty, sworn transfers, payment for receiving plastic, necessary insurance, writing business plans (for business, for example).
The price for all family members applying together with the principal applicant (grounds: family reunification or other circumstances) is 700 PLN gross, regardless of the applicant's basis.
Payment takes place in 2 stages: 1 — 50% prepayment, part 2 after submitting the documents to Migration Office, or after 2 months.

Polish residence cards for remote work - complete support
We have our own entrepreneurial development organization (incubator) and will help you build the right B2B or B2C relationship with your customers or revenue source.
We prepare a package of documents and legalize your income in Poland, which you will need to show in order to obtain a residence permit.
In total, you will have to pay about 10% - 30% of your income for taxes, commissions and other deductions, depending on your type of activity (gross). This is the lowest possible figure for taxes and deductions in Poland. In this case, you will be employed under a long-term contract (UoP, UoZ, UoD) for a year or more. Accordingly, you will be granted a residence permit for 1-3 years.
After the expiry of the residence permit (residence card) you need to renew it again, or rather apply for it again. After 5 years you can apply for a long-term EU residence card.
You will not be tied to your employer in any way, you decide when to change employers or quit. Your Employment Card will not be canceled. All you have to do is to notify your employer.
We accompany citizens of any country for residence permits.
What the process of obtaining a Freelancer's Pole Card looks like
Visa invitation
If visa-free travel is not available to you, we provide you with an invitation for a work visa. The invitation is real, as you will be employed by the company and will be legalized for a residence permit in the future. If you work in IT or have a diploma, but we issue a recommendation for Poland Business Harbour visa. A humanitarian visa without invitations is available for Belarusians.
Work permit
Some categories of citizens and professions require a work permit. Depending on your situation, we can start making such a permit in advance (as it can take several weeks), even before you arrive in Poland. For some professions, you will also need a "headman's permit", which can take up to 3 months.
Employment contract
We sign an agreement with you, under which your salary will be legalized. Belarusians can present this agreement at the border upon request.
Residence registration
You can choose any city where you want to live in Poland. However, we advise you to choose cities where legalization is fastest, such as Warsaw. We do not advise you to apply in Gdansk. According to the new law it is no longer required to submit a rental agreement, but since you work remotely, you need to be geographically attached to your voivodeship for filing. It will be sufficient for you to sign a rental agreement for at least one year. You do not need to be registered.
Insurance
We advise you to take the cheapest insurance for your visa. And when you arrive you should take out a normal Polish insurance, which really covers all your treatment in Poland and is good for obtaining a residence permit.
Once all documents have been collected, we will make an appointment for you to submit them in person. Due to the pandemic, not all Uzondas can now accept documents in person, but only by appointment. In Warsaw, we can accompany you to such a filing, where you will also be fingerprinted and have your passport stamped, which will legalize your stay for the duration of the case.

Mechanisms of obtaining a TRC in Poland
Bases and list of documents
Applying for Hourly Pobyt being a freelancer, having any passive income or unofficial income, you pass on the basis - Performing work.
For this purpose, we take care of all the formalities of employment.
Attention! We do not forge any documents. The whole process is based on the conclusion of tripartite agreements. Depending on your situation, your consultant will explain in detail how this will work in your case.
Preparation and translation of documents
After preparation the documents in the home country, they have to be translated by sworn translators who are on the list of state-approved translators. You must have the original or a duplicate of the Birth and Marriage Certificate if you want to apply for a residence permit for your spouse.
After the transfer of documents from your home country, you need to collect documents internally in Poland. These will be at least: the employment contract and salary statements from the place of work, which we will provide. In addition, some of the documents will need to be sent every month and notified of significant changes.

Insurance
You will need health insurance in order to get a Pole Card. You must insure yourself and your family that you will be applying.
As a freelancer, you will most likely be working under the umova o dzelo, so you should take care of your own insurance. We will tell you where to get the most inexpensive insurance with a discount in 30%, and it will cover emergency treatment with acute pain to the dentist. Of course, we will help you apply for it and fill out all the necessary forms to get it.
Filling in application forms and submitting documents
We have prepared a complete package of documents and translated them. Now you only need to fill in the application forms and submit everything to the department for foreigners.
Documents are usually submitted in two ways:
Personal submission by pre-registration on a special electronic portal is a rather complicated procedure, since there are a lot of people who want to apply, and the number of places is limited. We have an extensive experience of registration and know how to do it from the first attempt;
Impersonal submission by mail. In this case, the terms of your case processing are increased by several months, since you will still need to come to the Department of Foreigners for fingerprinting, and only from that moment the time of the processing case will be counted. This way will go to those who urgently need to apply for a residence card, while the full package of documents has not been collected yet. It is enough to send a completed application form and a copy of the passport so that your stay in the country is legal from the date of sending the documents at the post office.
Questions and Answers
How long does it usually take to process a case?
It all depends on the voivodeship where you will apply. At the moment, for example, in Warsaw it is about 4 months, but in Gdansk you can wait for about a year. Moreover, now a new law has come into force, according to which they are obliged to make a decision in 60 days for those who apply for work. But in practice it is not yet known whether it will be implemented.
Can the whole family apply at the same time?
Yes, you can apply for all members of your family at the same time, but without having an access to the labour market. They will be able to start working only after having received the appropriate permits.
When can I get a permanent residence card for the work purpose?
You can obtain a permanent residence card only in the case of work in a most-wanted profession for 4 years. Otherwise, you can get nothing but a long-term EU resident card.

Чудова робота, все відбулося швидко і дуже професійно, з чіткими інструкціями і нотатками про ті документи, що вимагалося надати з моєї сторони — і як саме їх правильно заповнювати.
