What does it mean to «switch» to another incubator?
When you change incubators, everything is set up again: the contract with your client, the contract with the incubator, and work permits.
A switch is a re-registration, not a hand-to-hand transfer. Old work permits are tied to the previous incubator and are not transferable. Three things are set up anew: the B2B contract with your client (now through us), the contract with the incubator, and new work permits (oświadczenie/zezwolenie). Your clients remain yours.
What we take on: we re-sign the contract with your client, arrange new work permits and prepare the documents for the move. You terminate with the previous incubator yourself; we'll explain the order of steps so there's no gap in your basis of stay.
Honestly about timelines. If in your case legalisation has to be arranged anew, we'll say so straight away and work out realistic timelines — without promises of «everything in a day».
How the switch works, step by step

- We arrange new work permits. We submit the oświadczenie application within one day of receiving the necessary information from you; after that the issuing time depends on the urząd. We take the document preparation on ourselves.

Will I lose a payout while switching from one incubator to another?−
A switch is a re-registration: a new contract with your client over to us and new work permits. We do our part quickly: the contract within 2 business days, we submit the oświadczenie application within a day of receiving the necessary information from you, and we take the document preparation on ourselves. You terminate with the previous incubator yourself. While the new permits are being prepared, there may be a short pause — at the consultation we'll honestly work out the timelines for your case.
And who will report taxes for the previous period?+
For the time you worked at the previous incubator, it files your annual report (PIT-11) for you. From the moment of the switch, we handle the reporting on payouts.
Will you really not raise the price during the year?+
Yes. When you switch, we fix your monthly commission for 12 months. During this period the price does not change.
How much does the switch itself cost?+
There's no separate charge for re-signing contracts and preparing the documents for the move — you pay the monthly commission under your chosen tariff. Legalisation (residence card) is a separate service charged per tariff, plus the urząd's government fees. We'll give you an exact estimate for your case at the free consultation.
Will you help with the documents for applying for a residence card in my voivodeship?+
Yes. We'll advise on the set of documents for the specific voivodeship and prepare the documents from the incubator: Zaświadczenie o niezaleganiu, ZUS DRA, the załącznik for the voivode — as part of the legalisation service.
Can I arrange ZUS and health insurance through the incubator?+
Yes, if needed we set up an umowa zlecenia. Under it, contributions go to ZUS, including health insurance (NFZ) — convenient for keeping continuous insurance for a residence card and for the resident.
I'm on a sole proprietorship (JDG). Can I switch to an incubator?+
Yes. Within the company it's easy to switch from a sole proprietorship to the incubator and back. We carefully check the reclassification of contracts.
Will banks accept my income from the incubator for a mortgage?+
We have cases of approved mortgages for clients who earn their income through the incubator. Our own credit consultant will prepare and submit the application for free.
