Signing up for submission and issuing the card itself took a lot less than an hour, and it was all over (first printing in Sichnya, submitting documents and stamps in Bereznya - and in Serpnya having already removed the plastic).

Olga initially tried to hide the reason, then sent a poorly written screenshot with the explanation: "insufficient appointment slots." The screenshot looked poor quality. I asked her to reply to my email. They refused, explaining that they don't forward emails to clients. I felt this lack of transparency in our collaboration, as my request concerned my personal file, and I would like to have that information for myself. Ultimately, I asked to change the specialist. I think the reason for the rejection may have been the specialist's poorly completed application.
