Prices are relevant for all grounds, except for Business-based Residence Permits.
The price does not include: payment of stamp duty, sworn transfers, payment for receiving plastic, necessary insurance, writing business plans (for business, for example).
The price for all family members applying together with the principal applicant (grounds: family reunification or other circumstances) is 700 PLN gross, regardless of the applicant's basis.
Payment takes place in 2 stages: 1 — 50% prepayment, part 2 after submitting the documents to Migration Office, or after 2 months.

What you will receive as part of the service Chasovy pobyt
- We will choose the right basis for obtaining a Temporary Residence Card and analyze the existing documents.
- We will make an appointment to serve on the most convenient and closest date possible.
- We will provide the list of the documents to be collected, according to your situation.
- We will help in collecting the necessary documents, provide the forms to fill out by the employer, make an appointment for a visit to Municipal Authority (Urząd Miejski) and Tax Office (Urząd Skarbowy) etc.
- We will prepare, translate and fill in the documents for the temporary residence card submission.
- We will provide good discount insurance if necessary.
- We will help in legalizing your income for a residence permit obtained outside of Poland.
- We will apply for a residence card for your family members who stay with you in Poland.
- We will accompany you to apply for a residence permit at the migration office (so far only in Warsaw).
- During the case processing, we will send actual data and documents to the migration department. For example, if you change your employer.
- We will monitor the process and let you know when the positive answer (decyzja) comes.
- We will book an appointment and accompany you upon receiving of plastic (the permanent residence card itself).
- In case of unjustified refusal (for example, due to the absence of any document that actually has been presented), we will lodge an appeal.
Mechanisms of obtaining a TRC in Poland
Bases and list of documents
Before applying for a Chasovy Pobyt, it is necessary to select the grounds and to know exactly the full list of documents required for the application. The grounds can be (the most common):
Work - We can employ you, but in this case you will have to pay your salary and taxes). An important requirement is to earn more than the minimum wage for your profession and voivodeship, taking into account the costs for your family.
IE / Firm on the basis of Poland Business Harbour visa - in order to obtain a residence permit by opening a sole proprietorship or a company, you must fulfill a number of requirements. For example, you must either show that your income for the previous year already exceeds 12 times the monthly income of the average monthly gross wage announced by the Central Statistical Office of Poland. Or prove that you are capable of earning that much in the future. In the second case there are many nuances and we will help you with them.
Family reunion - In this case, you must have a spouse who already has a temporary residence permit for 2 years, either permanent or Polish citizenship. We will collect a full package of documents and help you to achieve the necessary indicators for reunification.
Students - when you enter a university, and in some cases even a university with a specific specialization, you have the right to apply for a residence permit. After graduation, you will have every reason to seek employment in Poland as a qualified employee and on the basis of the obtained work you will be able to apply for a longer-term residence permit.
Preparation and translation of documents
After preparing the documents at home, they must be translated by sworn translators who are on the list of approved state translators.
After transferring the documents from your home country, you need to collect the documents internally in Poland. These will be at least: employment contract and salary statements from your place of work, if you are employed. Founding documents, extracts from the tax office and ZUS for sole proprietorships and companies, extracts from the courts that there are no proceedings in the courts of Poland and many others. In addition, some of the documents will need to be sent every month.

Insurance
You will need health insurance in order to apply for an hourly residence card. You must insure yourself and your family if you apply for it too. If you already have a job, your employer probably already pays for you in NFZ, this insurance is enough to insure the whole family (you must have the appropriate declarations). If you don't work anywhere else, we can tell you where to get the most inexpensive insurance with a discount in 10%, while it will cover emergency treatment with acute pain to the dentist. Of course, we will help you get it done and fill out all the necessary forms to get it.
Filling in application forms and submitting documents
You and I have prepared a complete package of documents, translated them. Now you need to fill in the forms and submit everything to the Foreigners' Office in Warsaw.
Documents are usually submitted in two ways:
Personal submission by pre-registration on a special electronic portal is a rather complicated procedure, since there are a lot of people who want to apply, and the number of places is limited. We have an extensive experience of registration and know how to do it from the first attempt;
Impersonal submission by mail. In this case, the terms of your case processing are increased by several months, since you will still need to come to the Department of Foreigners for fingerprinting, and only from that moment the time of the processing case will be counted. This way will go to those who urgently need to apply for a residence card, while the full package of documents has not been collected yet. It is enough to send a completed application form and a copy of the passport so that your stay in the country is legal from the date of sending the documents at the post office.
There's also a nominally third type of pitch - via e-mailit's made for families to reunite. You will be registered for filing 1 or more months in advance. In practice, the registration of personal filing is most often done through the state portal.
Questions and Answers
How long does it usually take to process a case?
In view of the new law, the review period should be 60 days. Now there is no possibility to check how it is in practice, as the law will come into force only in January 2022.
It used to be 3-4 months if a full package of documents was prepared at once. Also, if you timely sent relevant data or documents that may affect the decision.
What conditions must be met by family members who apply for reunification on my Temporary Residence Card?
On their part, only the presence of fingerprints (not applicable to children under 6 years). They may not study or work, provided that your income covers their maintenance.
Should my employer take care of my Temporary Residence Card himself?
The employer only has to provide the necessary statements and extracts. In addition to them, you will be required to present other documents of various types. Then there is an appointment for submission to the migration centre, where your presence is mandatory. Booking an appointment takes place in a queue order (it is difficult to get to the most available one, and it takes much longer by mail).

Чудова робота, все відбулося швидко і дуже професійно, з чіткими інструкціями і нотатками про ті документи, що вимагалося надати з моєї сторони — і як саме їх правильно заповнювати. Запис на подачу і видача самої карти зайняла набагато меньше часу, ніж спочатку очікувалося (перше звернення у січні, подача документів і відбитків в березні — а в серпні вже отримав пластік).
