Promotion Regulation «Rate guarantee when switching from another incubator»

§1. Organizer The Organizer of the Promotion is «Łatwy Start» sp. z o.o., ul. Płocka 5A lok. 6, 01-231 Warszawa, KRS 0000964608, NIP 1231511132, REGON 521672800 (hereinafter the «Company»).

§2. Participant and period of validity

1. The Promotion is addressed to natural persons who are transferring their business activity from another incubator or from an entity providing analogous services and who conclude a Cooperation Agreement (Umowa o współpracy) with the Company by 31 August 2026 inclusive.

2. The Promotion also covers persons meeting the condition set out in sec. 1 who concluded a Cooperation Agreement in the period from 3 June 2026 (the start date of the switching promotion campaign) until the date these Promotion Regulations enter into force. Such persons are entitled to the guarantee on the terms set out in §3 (hereinafter all eligible persons jointly: the «Participant»).

3. Eligibility for the Promotion is determined by the date on which the Cooperation Agreement is concluded. Persons who conclude the Agreement after 31 August 2026 are charged according to the Company's general price list in force on the date the Agreement is concluded.

4. The Promotion applies regardless of any amendments to the Incubator Regulations or to the Company's price list that enter into force after the date of its announcement.

§3. Subject of the Promotion

1. The Company guarantees to the Participant that the monthly administrative fee referred to in §9 sec. 1 of the Incubator Regulations, in the amount of:

a) PLN 400.00 net (in words: four hundred zlotys 00/100) per month for Participants not requiring legalization,

b) PLN 500.00 net (in words: five hundred zlotys 00/100) per month for Participants requiring legalization, will remain unchanged for a period of 12 months counted from the date on which the given Participant concluded the Cooperation Agreement.

2. During the period referred to in sec. 1, the rate of the Participant's administrative fee shall not be increased, regardless of any changes to the price list or the Incubator Regulations introduced by the Company, including under §7 sec. 4 and §15 sec. 1 of the Incubator Regulations.

§4. Scope and exclusions

1. The guarantee applies solely to the monthly administrative fee (§9 sec. 1 of the Incubator Regulations) and does not cover:

a) additional fees and fees for services, including the fees under §9 sec. 6-8 of the Incubator Regulations (among others, additional invoices, legalization of residence, fees for family members),

b) the commission of the FlexiProfit tariff (§9 sec. 3 of the Incubator Regulations),

c) penalties and disciplinary fees (§10 of the Incubator Regulations),

d) changes in charges resulting from changes in generally applicable provisions of law (taxes, contributions, official fees) referred to in §7 sec. 9-10 of the Incubator Regulations.

2. Outside the scope of the Promotion, the general provisions of the Incubator Regulations apply.

§5. Conditions for maintaining the guarantee

1. The condition for maintaining the rate is uninterrupted participation in the Support Program (Program Wsparcia) and the absence of payment arrears exceeding two full billing periods.

2. Termination of the Cooperation Agreement, or arrears as referred to in sec. 1, ends the Promotion. Suspension of participation under §8 of the Incubator Regulations neither interrupts nor extends the running of the 12-month period.

3. After the 12-month period elapses, the rate may change on the general terms of the Incubator Regulations, of which the Company gives notice at least 14 days in advance.

§6. Final provisions

1. The Promotion Regulations are available on the Company's website in a manner enabling them to be downloaded, stored and reproduced.

2. In matters not regulated herein, the Incubator Regulations and the provisions of the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) apply.

3. The Promotion Regulations enter into force on 22 July 2026 and remain in effect until 31 August 2026. Rate guarantees granted during the period of validity remain in force for the full 12-month period applicable to each Participant, including after the Promotion ends.
